Client
The Client is a producer owned company which integrates marketing, research and development and policy services for the benefit of all stakeholders. They are mainly funded through statutory levies collected under the Industry Service Provision Act 2002 and Australian government funds for the purposes of research & development.
Challenge
As the industry marketing force for producers, the business challenge was to address the producers lack of knowledge and fundamental marketing function skills. The knowledge and skill gap was limiting the industry's ability to respond to the market and therefore maximise sales potential and continue to positively affect product demand in the Australian market. This knowledge gap also limited the producer's ability to evaluate our client's strategies and programs and fully appreciate the role of our client and the future of the industry.
Solution
With funding assistance from the Australian Government, conduct a series of 'marketing training' sessions for producers throughout the Australian producing regions. We managed the entire project which was managed on-time and to budget and consisted of:
